The Challenge

ExpressDelivery was struggling with inefficient delivery routes and lack of real-time tracking capabilities. They needed a solution to optimize delivery routes, provide real-time tracking for customers, and streamline the proof of delivery process.

Our Solution

We developed a comprehensive delivery tracking system with a Flutter-based mobile app for drivers and a web dashboard for administrators. The solution includes real-time GPS tracking, route optimization using Google Maps API, automated customer notifications, and digital proof of delivery.

Implementation Approach

We implemented the solution using Flutter for cross-platform mobile development, Firebase for real-time data synchronization, and Node.js for the backend API. The system includes features like signature capture, photo proof of delivery, and automated status updates.
